Ownership & Uses
of VVPOA Verde River Property: Because there has been
discussion and some confusion as to the ownership status & its purposes, I
have personally inspected all purchase documents, deeds, covenants, etc and
prepared a webpage to provide these facts. You can find all of the info HERE.
VVPOA Verde River
Property Curfew: "Curfew: Dusk to Dawn"
postings will begin appearing immediately. As soon as the postings appear,
the Sheriff's office will assist with enforcement! Efforts will also be
made to widely publicize this curfew too.

As your newly elected President of VVPOA, it is my
desire to provide the Membership more of a personalized voice in the future and
direction of the Verde Village and its activities. Towards this end, some
matters which the VVPOA Board of Directors are entitled to make decision on will
be offered to the Membership for those with Voting Priviledges status to decide.
The matter of participating ~ or not ~ in this Geotourism MapGuide via
submitting information on VVPOA and/or VVPOA's Verde River property is such an

your dues to become a voting member at any time during the year.) Only members

this or any other matters offered to the Voting Membership for decision. Voting on this matter will be at the
9/14/2015 General Meeting.
